Using NEET score, 15% of the seats are filled under All India Counselling. And so with qualifying marks you cannot get a seat in B.V.Sc anywhere. You will need a score of more than 500. So if you have scored qualifying marks but want to study any of the Medical Courses, you should appear for NEET 2020. Now if you want to study B.V.Sc, other way is to appear for AP EAMCET. Because the remaining 85% of these seats are filled through State level Entrance examination. But qualifying marks cannot get you a seat in All India Quota, irrespective of your Category.
