You haven't mentioned clearly , which exam or Course you have applied ,

You must be having official link of that entrance exam or whatever you have applied.

You can send them mail mentioning your problem .

Any one else will not be able to solve your problem .

Always before submitting any application form, taje screen shot of that or save application number .

Also before submitting it check two or three times whether all the documents ard uploaded properly , shared the complete and correct   information.

If you have applied for jee or neet , make it fast .
