Hi Mohamed wasim, As per query regarding 40 % disability, i would like to inform yes you can produce a certificate from Mardras medical college. 40 - 70 % of lower limb (LEG) is what is considered in the category. As per the information available for NEET ug 4 centers are designated which have a medical board having team of doctors to evaluate and give certificate of eligiblity/non-eligliblity to candidates..
