Sir iam getting 54.66 marks in gate 2019 and I am from sc category is der any chance for psu

Yes,you'll definitely have chances at many PSU's.since you belong to sc category you can expect cut-off around 50 or 55 only,but the gate score/cut-off marks needed may vary with different PSU's.so you can check all psu's cut-off details from this link:
