sir iam sc student and i got 203marks in neet and i belong to telangana state and studied in jawahar navodaya vidyalaya cbse ,and i got 83%in+2 can i get any free seat

Based on previous years' trend, with 203 marks in NEET and Telangana State Quota, despite SC category reservation benefit, you would not get any government college for MBBS or allied courses.
Studying in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya will not fetch you any extra benefit in NEET admission, and the percentage in the 12th exam is just for qualification purposes.
