Dear Aspirant,
Even for an ST candidate, you must have to score 350+ marks. The chances for you to get into a government medical college of your state are there but they too are not promising. However, you could take admissions in private colleges.
But if you do not want to take admission in private college then you must do one thing. You could take a gap year and prepare again for the next year and give NEET 2020. Try to score at least 350 marks. Only then you will be able to get an admission in any medical college.
