No you can't. There are different levels or category of KVPY exam --

CLASS                           TYPE OF EXAMINATION

11                                 SA

12                                 SX

However exam patterns are different you can check it when you will do more analysis on it.

Hence you Can give SA stream you are in Class 11 only.
