You can even get a call form Roorkee IIt, yes i know chances are less but who knows may be you can get into IIt Roorkee.
The top NIt's in which you can get are : NIT R, NIT Surathkal, NIT W, NIT T.
For specialization, please opt for Control as it is high in demand, you can also opt for PE.
