The marks for the class 12 is important in IIM because the marks for the class 12 contain some percentage in the IIM examination for the eligibility criteria so it's important to have the good percentage in class 12 I think so you have the good percentage but you can refer to the link below for the more information about the IIM eligibility criteria as and all staff I am providing the link below.

Dear aspirant,
12 th marks are considered in calculating the total score of an individual. You get points based on your 12 th score. Considering your 12 th score you will get hardly 2-4 points out of 10. The total score depends on various factors starting from 12 th mark, cat score, interview and all. After the total score it is decided whether the candidate will get a call from iim or not.
