If the number of candidates increase in April session, then your rank as well as percentile will change. Let's see how this works. So, if you have 100 percentile than it doesn't mean that you have full score. It means that you have performed better than all the other candidates, you have the highest score.
So, if there are, say 100 candidates, than a Percentile of 99 means you have scored better than 98 others.
So, number of candidates definitely affect your percentile. And percentile will affect your rank. For January session, the number of candidates was 869010. So, the approximate rank is calculated using the formula:
[(100- percentile score) 869010] 100.
For now, you approximate rank is 70,911 with 91.84 percentile.
Hence, it is obvious that number of candidates will affect your rank as well.
If the number of candidates in April increases to, say 12,00,000 students, then your rank will be calculated as :
[(100- percentile)1200000]100.
So, if you score 91.84 percentile here, your rank will be 97,921 approx.
