No, the registration fee that you pay after filling the form is non- refundable (1000 for general and 500 for reserved). For deemed universities, it is Rs 5000. Further a refundable registration fee is also charged (Rs 10,000 for aiq and Rs 2,00,000 for deemed). If you do not get a seat, this amount is refunded.
