If getting good marks in jee would have been determined by some specific books then everyone would be able to get NiTs and IIts...,nevertheless dont get into these kinds of things if anyone suggests you...You have to go through each and every book...though NCERT is the key to every lock but you should also focus on other books and test series.
Relying on single book wont help you to get good marks. Just stay focused and work hard and you will achieve sucess.
Best of luck!
Hello Aman
That's good that you thought to complete NCERT first and then going to other books, but it requires lot of dedication to complete NCERT books and that of al the 3 subjects,i am not scaring you but still you need to work hard.if you do even 75% of what you have said its a fair chance that you can score above 250 in jee main.
Coming to NCERTS
- there is no other best book except NCERT for Preparing chemistry.
- for physics refer some problems from S.L.Arora and H.C verma
- for mathematics NCERT will give you basics but good questions from R.D sharma and S.L loney are best.
Doing all this will help you get 250+.
Best Of Luck.
Hope it helps
Hi,.
Yes,
Its on you how you have cracked the concept of class 12th syllabus! Infact I think that class 12th syllabus is much much easier than class 11th syllabus. If you have really understood the concepts well of class 12th subjects , definitely I Guarantee you that you will score above 120 . 120 is a decent score. And focus first on Chemistry , make CHEMISTRY your strong point. Chemistry comes the easiest among the all. Tackle Chemistry first. Make all the chemistry concepts in your tips, considering the class 12th syllabus CHEMISTRY will help you to score atleast 70–75. Then talking about Maths , if you have solved NCERT then its not enough. You have to move some higher level ie RD SHARMA. That book will undoubtly help you develop your concepts well and considering class 12th syllabus and your crystal clear concept , you can score about 40–60 in Maths , since MATHS comes slightly tough.
No, because difficulty level of question paper is increasing year by year and you need to prepare hard from top books to score 120 around marks in jee mains. You can follow books like OP TONDON for Chemistry, HC VERMA for Physics and RD SHARMA or ARIHANT for Maths.
Good luck.
