If you don't secure a seat in the first round of CSAB and decide not to participate in the second round, it's highly unlikely that you'll receive a refund for the registration fee. This fee typically covers the administrative costs associated with the counseling process.

However, it's crucial to consult the official CSAB guidelines for the specific year you're referring to. There might be exceptional circumstances or changes in the refund policy. It's advisable to check the official notifications or contact the CSAB helpline directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding refunds.

Remember, relying solely on general information might not be sufficient, and it's essential to verify the details from the official sources to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments.

hope this helps you!!
