Sir if I didn't put fresh choice for 2nd round counselling as I get in state quota then fee will be refunded or not

Hello aspirant,
I am unable to understand your query so I cannot help you precisely with your query. But I would like to tell you that counseling fee is non refundable but you have pay money for seat allotment or any college and now you are canceling your seat then you will get your money back. However may be some amount around 15 to 20% will get deducted.
