To clear NEET exam you need to have a proper schedule to follow-
1) divide your day into 4 halfs and each half should be for 3 hours, first half should be for physics,2nd half for biology,3rd half should be for chemistry and 4th half should be for solving MCQ'S
2) go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you give ample of time to your NCERT textbooks
3) opt any one reference book for each subject for solving MCQ'S like for physics you can opt dc Pandey, universal publication,MTG,Allen module,for chemistry you can opt ABC publication,MTG, Dinesh objective,for biology you can opt trueman of biology,MTG, Allen module
4) solve previous year question papers as some questions are asked as it is
5) join any test series so that you will be able to manage your time

There's no definitive number of hours that will surely get you 600+ in Neet but that depends totally on how you go through your preparation period. Take it slow and thorough. Don't rush, you have got plenty of time. Try to take good breaks between long period of studies ..it helps with grasping power

yeah i will help you to get the 600+ first thing you should mainly focus on the only studies rather than concenerating on other activies so that you should follow proper time table
and also first of all you should study atleast of 8-12 hours in a day with atmost concenrated with only studies
and also you should read the NCERT books first
And refer the reference books
refer the previous year question papers
see the videos which are related to important topics or concepts
