Sir ,if I get the coll which is mci permitted but in future if that college gets recognised by mci can I practice anywhere .

A MCI permitted college means that it can take admissions for students for UG and PG courses . A student qualifying from this college can practice in the state in which the college is.
If the college is MCI recognised or gets recognized later then you can practice anywhere in the India .
