Earlier candidates who passed their 10+2 from open schools or as private candidates were not eligible to sit for NEET-UG. But now the restriction has been removed and they are also eligible for NEET 2019 subject to the outcome of Special Leave Petitions/Appeals filed by the Medical Council of India.
So yes, you are eligible to appear for the exam.

As you have studied biology as a additional subject you are eligible for NEET examination.
To become eligible for NEET examination you need to score minimum of 50% for UR category ,40% for OBC/SC/ST category in qualifying exam .
