Earlier candidates who passed their 10+2 from open schools or as private candidates were not eligible to sit for NEET-UG. But now the restriction has been removed and they are also eligible for NEET 2019 subject to the outcome of Special Leave Petitions/Appeals filed by the Medical Council of India.
So yes, you are eligible to appear for the exam.
