Sir if i have score 530 marks in neet 2019 can i get a goverment medical collage seat in up under state quota. I belong to general category

The Trend is in such a way that the Cut off is going down continuously from Neet 2016.So If you belong to South Indian states or East indian states then you can easily get a Govt medical seat
