Sir if I join bhms this year can i appear for neet 2019 and will I get back my documents from the bhms college ?

There is no limit on maximum attempts and from 2019 students can appear for NEET twice year.
Hence you can definitely appesr again and get back documents from your alloted college of BHMS for re admission into other colleges.
