sir if I submit my ntse registration form of ut jammu and kashmir region jammu on last date to sub office of jk bose they will submit to the head office jammu Or not???

Hope you are doing great ! If you submit your ntse registration form of it Jammu and Kashmir region jammu then they will submit to head office of Jammu because one of my friend has done the same so you don't need to worry about that.
