You can take admission on the basis of marks obtained in kvpy in iiit hyderabad , you don't need to give any other exam but actually iit Hyderabad has different channels of B.Tech admission , which are - UGEE-CLD, ECD, CND and CLD programmes/NK/NTSE or KVPY, Olympiad, SPEC, DASA UG andjee main mode. So , you can give these exams as well in order to increase your chances of admission into iiit hyderabad. Even if you fail to perform well in kvpy but perform well in any of the other mentioned exams then you can have admission in iiit hyderabad,  it's not good to rely on just kvpy , when you have other channels as well. So , you should go for other exams as well but it's not mandatory.

Hello Subham, Well, there is a pathway for getting admission in IIIT hyderabad through KVPY but you need to give the examination and the interview. It means that you can't get admission only on the basis of KVPY, you need to have given the JEE too which carries weightage along with the interview.
