Hi

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you will not be eligible for Kerala state quota seats if you leave your BDS course in between for the two years from the year of leaving your BDS course.

So, if you leave your BDS seat this year now in 2021 then you won't be eligible for Kerala state quota seats in NEET 2021 and neet 2022

This is because

As per the bond for government dental college under kerela state , if one leaves the bds course in between then he / she will have to pay penalty of Rs 5,00,000 and is also liable to be debarred from appearing for the Entrance Examinations and/or allotments conducted by the CEE for a period not exceeding two years.

Now on close observation you will see there's and /or between the two cases , means either you will be debarred from appearing in neet or you won't be eligible for kerela state quota seat for 2 years or both.

But, when we look at neet information bulletin of last year it no where says that those who have left bds course in between are not eligible for the period of 2 years or anything like that so you will be eligible for neet examination but yes you won't be eligible for kerela state quota seats, you will be only eligible for all India quota seats.

If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you

Thank you

meenu2000mohan After 2 years of the academic session of leaving bds you will be eligible,
for example,
if you leave your seat now and appear in neet 2021 and neet 2022 then you won't be eligible for kerela state quota but in neet 2023 and onwards you will be eligible for state quota seats

meenu2000mohan Rules like this are there because government spends a lot for a single bds/mbbs seat and when you leave your course in between, it causes a loss of seat which someone else could have got , so there's strict rules like this
