So updating my answer, there has been a revision in income criteria for determining creamy layer of OBC category.
The limit of annual income of Rs. 6 lakhs has been raised to Rs. 8 lakhs.
So in your case, as your family income is in between Rs. 7 lakhs and Rs. 8 lakhs, i.e. ofcourse less than Rs. 8 lakhs, you are elligible for OBC Non Creamy Layer Category.
INCOME CRITERIA
OBC Creamy Layer - More than Rs. 8 lakhs per year income
Non Creamy Layer - Less than Rs. 8 lakhs per year income
Thank You

Hello,
OBC is categorized into two parts-
1. Non Creamy Layer
2. Creamy Layer
No reservation is given to Creamy Layer and the creamy layer candidates are equivalent to General Candidates.
A candidate can belong to Non Creamy Layer if the annual gross income of his/her family is less than 6 lakhs.
Since your family's income is more than 6 lakhs per anum, you will be considered under Creamy Layer of OBC.
Thank You
