1. Full Time course
2. Part Time Course
3. Distance Learning or Correspondence
4. Online learning
According to your question, you can choose Distance learning option as you mentioned that you're not willing to go to college to attend classes.

Yes. Now in India you also can complete your course without go to your college regularly. Actually it is called distance education mode. There are Lots of courses to pursue in distance mode from various colleges. But for some practical courses I think it will be better if you do this course in regular mode.
