According to the previous year cutoff , you have very less chance of getting into government medical colleges as the lest cutoff for BCM category was
588 - Raja mutiah medical college , Annamalai nagar .
If you're soo strong about getting into a government medical college you can take a year drop for preparing for NEET 2020 .

355 marks are quiet less to get a seat in government college of Tamil Nadu as Tamil Nadu has highest cutoff .Last year least marks to secure a seat from BCM catrgory was 593 marks in perundurai medical college . Remember that Cutoff varies every year depending on the basis of number of students appearing in the exam, students scoring more than you, difficulty level of exam and category to which you belong
