It is tough for you with this situation to get a government college but you still have hope and can improve your score to get admission in govt colleges.

According to your percentile your general rank would be around 411250. And your category rank would be around 1 lakh, from this percentile you will not get any government college.

You must work hard and apply for jee main April..
