NEE stands for North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology is a science and technology entrance examination. NEE exam has three types of examination, nee 1, nee2 and nee3. since you have 12th qualify student , you are eligible to apply for nee 2.

NEE-II (PCM): Candidates, seeking admission in Degree Module of Technology Stream, with academic qualification of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics shall have to attempt NEE-II (PCM). Question paper under this scheme consists of three sections viz. Section A (Physics), Section B (Chemistry) and Section C (Mathematics). there
NEE-II (Vocational): Candidates, seeking admission in Degree Module of Technology Stream, with academic qualification of 10+2(Vocational)/ITI/NERIST Certificate in any trade shall have to attempt NEE-II (Vocational). Question paper under this scheme consists of four sections viz. Section A (Physics), Section B (Chemistry), Section C (Mathematics) and Section D (Vocational Subject).
NEE-II (PCB): Candidates, seeking admission to 4 years Degree program in Forestry, with academic qualification of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology shall have to attempt NEE-II (PCB). Question paper under this scheme consists of three sections viz. Section- A (Physics), Section B (Chemistry) and Section -C (Biology).
there is no specific marks criteria, which of the paper you may attempt , you must have the relevant subject in 12th course. also you must satisfy the age limit criteria as follows,
Maximum Age Limits as on 31st July, 2020 are 23 years for the students of the general category (GE) (born on or after 1st August, 1997), 26 years for OBC and female applicants (born on or after 1st August, 1994) and 28 years for ST/SC/PD (born on or after 1st August, 1992).
