Hello Aspirant,
See laptop is not provided by any of the institution instead they will provide you the computer lab facilities along with Wi-Fi. If you need laptop then you have to purchase your own or if you have then you can take that one to the college.
If you are CSE student a laptop would be the must have thing for you because there is lot of programming, assignment works, project and so on from second year of your B.Tech programme.
