Dear Sir / Ma'm, the qualifying percentile for an OBC is 40th which tells us that according to your score of 151, you have qualified for the NEET UG 2019, and will also be able to participate in the counselling. But the fact is qualifying alone doesn't guarantee you a seat. With this score you have absolutely no chances for even BDS through the 15% All India Quota counselling, so you should better focus on your state counselling. Since you have not specified your state, we could not come up with further information.
