Total 5% of total seats are reserved from each category for PwD candidates. Candidates who are or more than 40% impaired are eligible to claim a PwD reservation. Types of disability included locomotor, visual, and SEVERE dyslexic. Candidates suffering from Leprosy are also included in the PwD category.you are not eligible for any benefits in JEE for PWD candidates as your disability is under 40 percent.
Moreover,the minimum aggregate cutoff for JEE mains for PWD candidates is 28 and 5 marks individually.

In jee mains categories of disabilities are
Disabilities specified in schedule of RPWD act 2016.
Low vision and blindness
Autism and specified learning disability , mental illness
Hard hearing or Deaf
Locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, dwarfism , muscular dystrophy, acid attack victim etc .
Cabdidates with 40% or more disability are eligible to apply.
They must have disability certificate.
Hence sorry to say but you are not eligible.
