Hello,
I have to be realistic and practical because you asked for it which is very brave. I am really sorry for your situation and i hope you have recovered and doing well now. See, getting a rank under 100 in JEE Advance is very difficult task and it requires tremendous effort. As, you have said that you failed to study few week due to illness and you have 15 chapter backlog which is huge difference. What happens in competitive exams is that all your competitors are already running in huge speed where some even might be above you already and after this gap due to illness many more would have come forward in the race, even those who were behind you. But these are things that you cannot control, there are many other factors that can only be known on the exam day. What you need to do is that you have 34 days left for the exam and you have to give your 100% each day from now because its now or never. Also, you have to make sure that you don't take much pressure or your health will detoriate and that will also affect your preparation and mindset on the exam day. Just stay positive and don't think about what may or may not happen.Do you karma and leave the rest and remember even if you don't get a desired rank, its not the end of the world and there will be various other options but till then focus on next 33 days.
I hope this helps.

Hi Piyush,
Most of the people might not be qualified to answer this question and neither am I. But, what I can do is share the story of a friend of mine who had cleared the exam by studying for just 1 year. Now, he had taken a drop year and while many think that he already had grasp over the curriculum, I know for a fact that he did not. What he achieved was by study for an year only.
From a guy who had no hopes in even any of the NITs to his journey to IIT Bombay was admirable and the one thing that set him apart was his dedication. This one year (drop year) he studied like a crazy man. No socializing, no outings, no nothing. The one thing he had in mind was to get CSE in IIT Bombay and he did achieve his goal by rigorous hard work. So can you. Work hard, forget everything and focus on your studies especially practice giving mocks and do solve at least past 10 years of JEE Advanced papers.
All the best, hope you convert your dream into reality.
