So you have completed your graduation in the field of civil engineering and so now, as per one of the eligibility criteria, graduates from any field are allowed to obtain a degree , diploma or certificate in the course of Interior Design . There are various institutes which provide interior design program without any pre requisite of educational qualification. For PG Diploma in Interior design one needs to pass graduation from any stream with minimum 55% from recognized university.
So being a civil engineer you can definitely pursue interior designing course
