You have chances for some government aided colleges.It depends upon the course you need.My friend ECE got Anna Univ with a score of 30(SC/ST) last year.So you have fair chances

i am asuming that you are aiming for MBA and OC category so according to that following colleges are available for you:
- Vel Tech High Tech Dr Rangarajan Dr. Sakunthala Engineering College, Chennai
- Gnanam School of Business (Stand Alone), Sengipatti, Thanjavur
- Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies (Stand Alone), Coimbatore District
- PSNA College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul
- R M K Engineering College, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur
though you have very low chances ,but since you have crossed the cutoff of these colleges you should try in them first
