Both the Master's platform are at the same level. Let us contrast both.
You'll get wide scope in MBA, because it will enhance some or most of your qualities like management skills will improve, entrepreneuship skills will improve, transferable skills will be improved, a huge network will be built, financial help etc.
In MCA, you will get to know much deeper knowledge about Computer and Applications. You are already from a Computer background so it will be benefit for you to pursue in computer, because you might be having firm grip over your course. The career options are good enough here too. Today's world is a technological world. So a computer candidate can never ne idle.
