I can understand your trouble of high fees. You can get scholarship if you are good at academics. For this purpose, I would suggest you to visit college once and have a conversation with college officials.

You can even take education loan which is very convenient for students like you. On the other hand, you can choose any other college other than RVCE which have lower amount of fee structure. Talent is what matters, organization doesn't count.
