Sorry to say but you have almost no chances of getting a seat in a government medical college ubder all india quota.You may have chances in state level quota but as you have mention you are from UR category. You may get a good provate medical college.It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc
