Sir I'm getting 61.04 marks in GATE XE. Should I apply to NITIE Mumbai. Also, what are the chances for me to get M.tech in Top IITs like IITM or Top NITs? and any other advice please mention. Thanks in Advance :)

It is difficult to predict because you have not mentioned your Rank and without rank it will be tough to predict your chances of getting seat in Colleges.

Highest score : 1000/ 1 000
Highest Marks : 90.33/100
Cut-off score : 37/100
But cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors.
