A candidate must have passed 4 year B.Pharmacy to be eligible to appear in GPAT.So you will be eligible in 2021 to appear in GPAT.And you are eligible to appear in NIPER JEE in 2021 the eligibility criteria to appear is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree with atleast 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA on a scale of 10.You need to have valid GPAT/GATE/NET score to get seat through NIPER JEE.
