sir I'm in the final year of BSC agriculture and it's a UGC affiliated college and not affiliated by ICAR. I'm planning to do masters from abroad. Will my degree be valid and accepted by the abroad university.

Dear Applicant ,
The answer is a big No .
If you want to pursue your education in the aboard you need to be graduated from the University which is ICAR recognised .
