Look there are 2 approaches to this situation.

First, 1 year is a lot of time. If you think you will be consistent enough to work hard all through the year with the same vigour, consider taking a long-term.

Second, while 1 year feels like a lot of time, it's actually not in the true sense. You cannot start everything from the scratch and expect miracles. You only have time to brush up what you've learnt all this while in your class 11 and 12.



Id recommend you to think on both the situations and then decide.
