Sir in 12th class my percentage in top 5 subject is 58% in science stream which college is available for me for bsc(hons)chemistry in delhi

For B.sc courses, Delhi university is the best option available and FYI, DU consider best of four percentage including one language subject. As your percentage is quite low, i would suggest you to go through the admission process of various universities that takes entrance test for admission i.e., BHU, Punjab University, AMU or you can consider chirst university, Bangalore.
