Hello

In the NEET application form, you will be required to fill the last four digits of your Aadhaar number.
You can use any other ID proof also such as Election Card (EPIC No.), Ration Card Number, Bank Account Number, Passport Number or Number of any other Identity Card issued by Government.

Hello,

Please be very very careful while filling the form because if you enter anything wrong you have to go through the whole procedure of correction and in case of registration you have to register with fresh mobile number and email id so be very careful regarding your question you have to write the entire adhar card number in the form otherwise it will get reject.
