sir! in ap eamcet i got 17895 rank . can i get seat in srkr in ece branch iam an oc boy with ews or atleast IT?

Cut off for OC MALE for ECE was 10871 for 2019.
For OC MALE with EWS the cutoff was 13000 last year for ECE.
As you can see you have very bleak chances of of getting your preferred college and branch. You are very close to the cutoff.
