According to previous years cut off ranks analysis which is subjective so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity as it depends upon a lot of factors such as no of applicants to aiims , level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc ,also many new aiims are participating this year so seats are increased, last year cut off rank for aiims  was 1353 for general category(might not get if you belong from general category BUT since many new aiims are participating this years you might have a chance) for obc was 2212( might not get if you belong from obc category,BUT since many new aiims are participating this years you might have a chance ), cut rank for sc was 14510 (probable chances )and for st was 23232 (probable chances ) respectively,since you have not mentioned any category i have listed probabilities for all the categories.
