For getting a mbbs seat in private medical  college of karnataka, try to have minimum qualifying marks of 50 percentile in neet ug (for general category candidates)..

However for a safer side try to have acore of 390+ marks in neet ug..

Good luck.. prepare well for your exam..

Hi. It all depends on your category and availability of state quota. But a score of 500 plus will be safe bet. Aim that. Good luck..

Try to score around 450. That should be enough for a seat in private college.

Some good private colleges in Karnataka are:-

1. Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College

2. Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences

3. Sri Siddhartha Medical College

The cutoff for neet varies from year to year..Karnataka being a very competitive state has a higher catagory. For a private college under open catagory a marks 430-440 will suffice but a score of 480 and above will keep you in a secure position .  Score higher.

Best of luck !
