NTA has set some guidelines regarding uploading the images. They are as follows:
Uploading of Photograph: Instructions Must be latest passport picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 50 Kb to 300 Kb and format should be JPG.
The focus has to be on the face with 80% coverage and ears clearly visible.
Uploading of Post Card size photograph: Instructions:
Must be latest post card size picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 10 Kb to 100 Kb and format should be JPG Uploading of Signature: Instructions Candidates must sign with a black pen on a white background in JPG format with a file size of 4 Kb to 30 Kb
Uploading of Left hand thumb impression: Instructions:
The file size should be 10kb-50kb in JPG/JPEG format.
Class 10th Passing certificate: Instructions:
File size of 100kb to 400 kb in JPG/JPEG format.
Now lets say instead of uploading the scanned image of an original certificate, you uploaded a photocopy, it might not be clear and NTA will ask you to upload the images again during the correction window. If you do not receive any such notification, consider your application to be good.

As you have mentioned that you have uploaded the scan image of xerox of your 10th marksheet instead the original one, I suggest you to try uploading the original scanned image of your marksheet if you get the option in correction window. They didn't provide any guidelines if the xerox of the document is uploaded but you don't have to take any risk.
Make sure every details are correct and proper because if it is submitted once then it will be final and you won't get any extra chance for the correction.
