As you have secured 305 marks in general category let me tell you that it is very difficult to get the government colleges in this marks because the cut offs are a bit higher .
As per the previous year trends you have more chances to get in the bds stream rather than mbbs stream. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Because through All India Quota Counselling 15 percentage of Central Universities seats, Deemed Universities seats, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, etc seats will be filled. Through State Quota Counselling 85 percentage of State Quota seats (Government) and 100 percentage of Private Colleges seats are filled.
