sir in neet can apply both all india quota and state quota both ? . of we apllied all india quota then we cant apply state quota? i am having doubt please reply

Hi hope you are doing good. You don't need to worry about anything you can apply from all India quota and state quota as well there is no restriction.
Both of these have different counselling procedure and counselling conducting authorities so you would be have to to apply I for which counselling differently.
But there is one restriction that you cannot claim a seat from state counselling if you have already claimed a seat from all India counselling you can only choose one.
