For most of the colleges you aren't eligible as you are less than 18 and for most of the exams like NEET you need to be atleast 18 years.

As you have passed 10+2 at a very early age, you can be called a prodigy. So in India there are organizations like NIAS EGT for prodigies but they don't really have any such bachelors courses.

I would recommend you to contact your school teachers about this they can give you some recommendations to colleges. Also if you have very good results then you can approach the colleges in order to avail you special permission to take admission. This can be a bit challenging but you have to manage it.
