sir in upsee i got a seat in 1 round and i have lock the seat by paying 20000 but sir now i don't want to take admission so how can i claim

YOu need to go to the college campus and talk to them for refund of the payment. If they agree to , then only you shall be able to get your money back otherwise its not possible. And most probably they agree only when you give the reason that you want to join some other college of uptu .
